To prevent money laundering and the financing of crime while delivering seamless services, we keep records of your transactions when you use our Services. This includes services requested, account balances, transaction history across cryptocurrency wallets and fiat accounts, and other related transaction information.

If you sign up for Conzo Africa Services, we may collect background check data about you. This may include details about your transaction history, risk profile, transaction limits, and daily trading allowances, depending on your profile and applicable regulatory requirements.

When you close your Account, your information may be retained on our servers to the extent necessary to comply with regulatory obligations and for fraud monitoring, detection, and prevention purposes. When retention is no longer necessary, we will securely delete or anonymize your data.
